We’re so happy with our experience! The builder, Luke was phenomenal, during our first blue tape walk through he was already there marking things he saw, already had a list of things he wanted to address! On our final walk through he called back in the painters and cleaners because he wasn’t satisfied. That is a mark of someone who’s so dedicated and he definitely made sure we had the best experience! This is our very first home we’re buying and we couldn’t be happier. Thank you to everyone at McGuinn who made it happen for us, Wanda, Luke, Elaine, the attorney Scott, and everyone else who was behind the scenes.
